This Wednesday, Guy’s Grocery Games is turning up the heat as firefighters arrive in Flavortown for a special competition that promises plenty of chaos, speed and unexpected teamwork.

For this unique episode, firefighters will team up with GGG all-stars and take on a series of high-pressure cooking challenges inside Guy Fieri’s grocery store. Instead of battling flames, they will have to fight the clock as they race through the aisles, hunt for ingredients and prepare dishes under intense time limits.

These firefighters are already used to working in extreme heat and high-pressure situations, but Flavortown presents a completely different kind of challenge.
