Former One Direction singer Liam plunged $46\text{ft}$ to his death from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, 2024.

Now, extraordinary court documents given under oath to Argentine prosecutors reveal the sheer scale of the chaos inside Room 310 just hours before the pop icon’s fatal fall.
‘MONEY DOESN’T MAKE ME HAPPY’
Single mums Aldana Serrano, 32, and Lucila Goitea, 29, were hired by Liam for a $5,000 (£3,700) day-long binge after he found Aldana’s profile on a local escort site.
According to their official four-page statements, the pair arrived at the four-star hotel around 11:30 AM. But what was supposed to be a high-class booking quickly descended into a nightmare.
The escorts claimed they had consensual sex with Liam just once before the star—who was allegedly consuming alcohol and drugs from tinfoil—began spiralling out of control.

When the women demanded their $5,000 payment, the star threw a fit over bank transfer issues. In a dramatic outburst, Liam reportedly:
-
SMASHED his £30,000 gold Rolex watch against the wall in a rage, boasting he could “get ten of those.”
-
PUNCHED a hotel room TV three times, attempting to rip the screen open.
-
BEGGED the women on his knees not to leave him, sobbing that “money didn’t make him happy.”
-
SERENADED the pair with his own unreleased songs on a laptop before begging them to source more cocaine.
Lucila told investigators the hotel room was in absolute ruin.
“It was a mess, there was tinfoil everywhere with traces of drugs… a drawer was full of it, there was more burned tinfoil on the couch,” she stated. “He smelled of alcohol.”
THE FINAL SPIRAL
The women claimed Liam also emotionally brought up his nine-year-old son, Bear—whom he shared with former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole—as he pleaded with them to stay.
Refusing to be paid via an international wire transfer they couldn’t access, the women eventually stormed down to the lobby without their cash shortly before 4:00 PM.
They left their contact details with hotel staff and departed, only to read on social media hours later that the British heartthrob was dead.
CCTV footage captured Liam’s erratic behaviour escalating rapidly after the escorts left.
At 4:54 PM, three hotel staff members were forced to carry a seemingly unconscious, convulsing Liam across the lobby back to his room after he smashed his laptop on the floor in a fury.

Minutes later, a terrified receptionist dialled 911, warning operators:
“We have a guest who is high on drugs who is trashing the room… We’re afraid he might do something.”
At 5:07 PM, Liam fell from his third-floor balcony. Toxicology reports later confirmed a lethal mix of alcohol, cocaine, and the heavy sedative Klonopin in his system.
Investigators believe the music star was in a state of semi or full unconsciousness when he fell.
JUSTICE PENDING
The tragic star had originally flown to Argentina to renew his US visa and support his former bandmate Niall Horan at a concert.
While two men—a waiter and a hotel employee—currently face charges for allegedly supplying the fatal drugs, prosecutors are reportedly in talks for potential plea deals.
Meanwhile, the two escorts have handed their phones over to police and turned down massive cash offers from TV networks to speak out.
A source close to the investigation said: “These statements were given under pain of perjury… They are critical witnesses because they were the only ones there with Liam, right to the end.”
