Louisa Khovanski says her fitness routines have turned into a huge money-making venture, with fans tipping eye-watering amounts to see her train.
The 32-year-old content creator already earns six figures a month online but says gym content has become one of her biggest earners.
After sharing a clip of herself exercising, Louisa quickly went viral and was flooded with attention from admirers online.
Now the brunette bombshell is opening up about the surprising way she cashes in while keeping fit.
“Men pay me £1,000 just to watch me work out – it still surprises me,” Louisa, who has 5.1 million Instagram followers @louisakhovanski, said.
“I can earn more in one gym session than some people make in a full day at the office.
“It started as something I enjoyed for myself, but my fans loved it and it just grew from there.”
Louisa explained that she originally began posting casual clips from her workouts without expecting the huge reaction they would receive.
She said: “At first I was just posting little snippets from the gym.
“Then I noticed people were asking for more, messaging me, tipping me.
“That’s when I realised this could be something much bigger.”
The viral clip sparked a frenzy online, with fans rushing to leave comments underneath the video.
One person wrote: “Perfect, design biological process.”
Another viewer added: “My love, the woman of my life.”
A third person said: “I have no words but love this.”
While one fan said: “Crazy to know Drake paid to chill and have her.”
Despite the attention, Louisa says she still finds the whole thing surreal at times.
But she believes it reflects the modern online creator economy.
She said: “People think it’s crazy, but this is the world we live in now.
“If people enjoy watching and want to support me, I’m not going to complain.”
But the Canadian model insists fitness means far more to her than simply making money.
She said: “Working out keeps me grounded.
“It’s not just about how I look – it’s about how I feel mentally as well.
“The money is amazing, but I’d still be doing this anyway.”
Louisa, who lives in Toronto, Canada, says people are often shocked to see her sweating it out in the gym because they assume her life is all about glamour and photoshoots.
She added: “People don’t expect me to be sweating it out in the gym.
“But I love pushing myself and trying new things.
“This is just another side of me that people are starting to see.”
