Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have become parents for the fourth time after welcoming a baby boy into their growing family.

The Irish television presenter and model, 40, announced the happy news on social media on Tuesday, September 1, sharing a collection of intimate photographs taken shortly after the birth. Her husband Spencer, 38, also appeared in the pictures as the couple celebrated the arrival of their newest child.

The images offered fans an early glimpse of the newborn and captured several touching family moments, including Vogue holding her baby in hospital and the couple’s three older children meeting their younger brother.

Vogue and Spencer are already parents to Theodore, seven, Gigi, six, and Otto, four. The photographs showed the children gathering around their mother and appearing delighted to welcome the latest addition to the family.

Announcing the birth, the couple said their son had arrived safely and described their home as being filled with happiness, affection and excitement following his arrival.

The baby’s name was not revealed in the initial announcement.

Friends, fans and fellow celebrities quickly filled the comments beneath the post with congratulatory messages. Television presenter Holly Willoughby was among those celebrating the news, praising Vogue following the birth.

Pregnancy Announced Earlier This Year

Vogue and Spencer first revealed that they were expecting another child in April 2026.

At the time, Vogue shared photographs from a family trip, including a beach picture in which her growing baby bump was clearly visible. Their children also appeared in the pregnancy announcement.

The news meant the couple were preparing to expand their family to six.

In the months that followed, Vogue regularly discussed her pregnancy with followers through social media, podcasts and online videos. She also spoke publicly about the challenge of deciding what to call their fourth child.

At one stage, Vogue revealed that she and Spencer had considered the name Elvis. However, the couple ultimately moved away from that option, and the name chosen for their newborn son had not been publicly confirmed when they announced his birth.

The Couple Revealed They Were Expecting a Boy

Although the pregnancy was announced several months earlier, Vogue only publicly confirmed shortly before the birth that the couple were expecting another son.

During a family vlog, the presenter asked her children about the sex of the baby, with daughter Gigi enthusiastically revealing that they were having a boy.

Vogue had previously spoken about the possibility of adding another daughter to the family, but the arrival of another little boy was clearly a moment of enormous joy for the entire household.

Their newborn joins older brothers Theodore and Otto and sister Gigi.

Vogue and Spencer’s Growing Family

Vogue and former Made In Chelsea star Spencer first met in 2017 while appearing on Channel 4 reality competition The Jump.

Their relationship developed after the show, and the pair became engaged before marrying in June 2018 at Spencer’s family estate in Scotland.

They welcomed their first child, Theodore, in September 2018, followed by daughter Gigi in 2020. Their third child, Otto, arrived in 2022.

Now, eight years after their wedding, the couple have welcomed baby number four and are beginning a new chapter as a family of six.

For Vogue and Spencer, the latest arrival marks another milestone in a family life they have frequently shared with their audiences through television appearances, podcasts and social media.

Judging by their first photographs together, the newborn has already received a very enthusiastic welcome from his three older siblings — and the couple appear thrilled to have their fourth child safely home with the family.
