Katie Price made a dramatic appearance at the 2026 National Television Awards on Tuesday night, stepping onto the red carpet just a day after undergoing further cosmetic procedures in Brussels.

The 48-year-old television personality and former glamour model arrived at London’s O2 Arena alongside her daughter, Princess Andre, 19, unveiling a striking new look that quickly became one of the most talked-about appearances of the evening.

Price wore her dark hair slicked tightly away from her face and opted for particularly bold makeup, including heavy black eye makeup, strong contouring, an intensely bronzed complexion and dark lip liner.

Her outfit was equally unconventional for the red carpet. Rather than choosing a traditional evening gown, she wore an oversized white shirt with revealing black-and-nude lace shorts, sheer black tights and towering heels.

The styling also helped draw attention away from the visible after-effects of cosmetic treatment she had undergone only hours earlier.

Katie Reveals She Had Surgery the Day Before the NTAs

Earlier on Tuesday, Price surprised followers by revealing that she had travelled to Brussels for another round of cosmetic work.

She explained that one of her breasts remained slightly larger than the other following an earlier operation, prompting her to undergo corrective surgery.

According to Price, doctors replaced one implant to address the unevenness.

While undergoing the procedure, however, she decided she wanted both breasts enlarged again.

The latest operation comes after a long history of breast surgery, with Price having undergone numerous augmentations, reductions and revisions over the course of her career. Some reports have described the latest procedure as approximately her 18th breast operation.

Price also underwent facial work during the same trip.

She said filler had been placed deeper around areas of her face that she felt had become hollow because of ageing and weight loss.

When she woke the following morning, however, her face was noticeably swollen.

Price joked to followers that the swelling left her looking like a “hamster” and acknowledged that the area was painful.

Bruising Left Her With a Black Eye

The facial treatment also caused noticeable bruising around her eye.

Before heading to the NTAs, Price appeared online with swelling, dark bruising around the eyes and bandaging covering her chest following the breast operation.

Despite the discomfort, she made clear she had no intention of cancelling her red-carpet appearance.

Her heavy makeup later helped conceal much of the bruising when she arrived at The O2.

The dramatic transformation attracted considerable attention online, with photographs of her arrival circulating widely after the ceremony began.

Price has never been reluctant to show followers the less glamorous side of cosmetic procedures and has previously shared images of bruising, bandages and swelling during her recoveries.

A Last-Minute Glam Squad Change

Price’s preparation for the awards ceremony was apparently complicated even further by a disagreement with her original styling team.

She revealed before the ceremony that the glam squad she initially planned to use had pulled out after a disagreement about what she should wear.

Price said she did not want to wear the outfits they had selected and preferred to choose her own look instead.

Rather than follow the more conventional glamour seen elsewhere on the NTA carpet, she wanted something deliberately different.

The disagreement ultimately forced her to find another makeup artist.

Price appeared pleased with the change, telling followers that the person who eventually did her makeup was someone she considered particularly creative.

She also removed her hair extensions because she wanted a slicked-back, wet-look hairstyle for the evening.

The finished look was markedly different from the polished gowns and traditional hairstyles worn by many other guests.

Princess Andre Joins Her Mother on the Carpet

Price attended the event with Princess Andre, her daughter with former husband Peter Andre.

Princess, 19, posed alongside her mother for photographers as the pair entered the awards ceremony.

Price had spoken enthusiastically about her daughter’s appearance before the event and indicated that she had been involved in helping to choose her outfit.

The mother-and-daughter appearance came as Princess continues to develop her own profile in entertainment and social media.

Photos of the pair together became some of the most widely circulated images from Price’s night at the NTAs.

Decades of Cosmetic Surgery

Price’s latest procedures add another chapter to a cosmetic surgery history stretching back nearly three decades.

She underwent her first breast augmentation while still in her twenties and has since spoken openly about undergoing breast operations, facelifts, liposuction, fillers, rhinoplasty and other cosmetic treatments.

During a recent appearance on Olivia Attwood’s documentary series The Price of Perfection, Price struggled to give an exact figure for the number of procedures she has undergone.

She estimated the total could be somewhere between 30 and 40.

Despite that extensive history, she said she believed she had personally spent around £40,000 on surgery.

The relatively low figure surprised Attwood, but Price explained that many procedures had been offered without charge because of her celebrity profile.

The real market value of all the cosmetic work she has received over the years would therefore likely be substantially higher than the amount she says she has paid herself.

Price Has Spoken About Body Dysmorphia

Her recent comments have also revealed a more complicated relationship with cosmetic surgery than her playful social-media updates sometimes suggest.

Speaking to Attwood, Price acknowledged that she now believes body dysmorphia may have influenced her repeated desire to change her appearance.

For years, she said she rejected the idea that she had the condition.

More recently, however, she has reconsidered that view after recognising how frequently she looks at herself and remains unhappy with what she sees.

Price has also suggested that validation from romantic partners and negative experiences in past relationships contributed to her decisions to undergo repeated procedures.

She told Attwood that relatives and other people close to her had often advised her against having additional surgery, but that she typically went ahead whenever she personally wanted another procedure.

No Sign She Plans to Stop Completely

Despite acknowledging some of the psychological reasons behind her cosmetic surgery history, Price has shown little indication that she intends to abandon procedures altogether.

Her latest decision illustrates that clearly.

What began as a trip to correct asymmetry between her breasts resulted not only in another implant adjustment but also in an increase in size and fresh facial filler.

The timing was particularly striking because the procedures were performed immediately before one of Britain’s most photographed television events.

Yet Price appeared unconcerned by arriving on the red carpet while still recovering.

Rather than hiding the fact that she had recently undergone work, she documented the swelling and bruising beforehand and then publicly revealed the finished transformation hours later.

Elsewhere on the National Television Awards carpet, stars including Olivia Attwood, Amanda Holden, Rochelle Humes and Cat Deeley opted for elaborate evening gowns and traditional red-carpet glamour.

Price took a markedly different approach.

Her combination of slicked-back hair, exaggerated makeup, lace shorts and oversized white shirt ensured she stood apart from many of the other celebrity guests.

More significantly, the appearance arrived against the unusual backdrop of surgery performed only the previous day.

For Price, who has spent much of her career inviting audiences into the most intimate parts of her life, attending a major television awards show with fresh bruising and swelling was entirely consistent with that approach.
