Hell’s Kitchen is getting ready to fire up the kitchen once again — and Season 25 is bringing a major twist to the competition.

FOX has confirmed that Season 25 will return on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 8:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM CT, with Gordon Ramsay once again leading the culinary battlefield as host and head chef. The new season will also be available to stream on Hulu the following day, September 25.

But this time, Ramsay won’t be dealing with just any group of aspiring chefs.

 18 Chefs — And Every One of Them Is Under 25

The biggest hook of Season 25 is its young cast.

All 18 chefs competing this season are under the age of 25, putting an entirely new generation of culinary talent at the center of the competition.

That means Ramsay will be pushing a group of young chefs who are still at the beginning of their culinary careers to their absolute limits.

With the notoriously demanding Hell’s Kitchen kitchen waiting for them, the contestants will have to prove that youth doesn’t mean a lack of skill, discipline or confidence.

And with Ramsay running the kitchen, mistakes are unlikely to go unnoticed.
