Video of man knocking out ‘drunk creep who groped his wife’ at bar goes viral

Footage of a man throwing a savage haymaker at a ‘drunk who hit on his wife’ in a US bar has gone viral.
The resurfaced clip has sparked a fierce debate online about whether the bloke went too far with his punch.
The undated CCTV shows the married couple getting ready to play a game of pool when the drunk man emerges.
As the husband racks the balls, his wife is approached by a reveller in a red polo shirt and torn jeans, who appears to grab her bottom before she says no and pushes him away.
The husband witnesses the event and charges at the man, delivering a devastating haymaker punch to the man’s face.

His wife attempts to get between the rivals before the knockout blow, but the husband brushes her aside and appears to accidentally knock the pool cue into her face, prompting her to press a hand to her cheek to see if she is hurt.
Moments later, a member of staff goes in to stop the incident and asks the husband to leave.
The video has divided online opinion, with some saying they would have done the same thing to others saying the husband went way too far.
“A haymaker against an inebriated opponent of much smaller stature? Nope. You confront the guy, you make him apologize, and you tell him to go home and sober up after he does. This is low-t behavior,” one X user wrote.
“This is how u end up in jail…some things just aren’t worth it imo…,” another added.
But others had no issue with the incident.
“That was a solid hit. Guess he will think twice before grabbing a woman again,” one wrote, while another added: “This is how a man handles business… This drunk idiot learned the hard way.
Some pointed out that a punch of that ferocity, or a collision of the man’s head with the barroom floor, could have turned fatal.
“Dude deserves it, but that punch could have killed him and it would be better to not go to prison for murder.”
None of the people involved in the incident have been identified and it is not known if anyone was charged in the incident.
