SHAMELESS pervert Hossein Mohmoudi tried to pull off the most laughable and stomach-churning courtroom defense in British history—blaming his own “micro-manhood” to try and wiggle out of a horrific sex attack.

The sick asylum seeker stalked a terrified woman through the dark streets of London before pouncing on her in a pitch-black alleyway. But when dragged before a judge, the twisted monster claimed he was physically incapable of rape because his member was simply too small.

The 35-year-old Iranian, who sneaked into Britain on a small boat, shamelessly told a jury that his tiny package, combined with his bulging waistline, meant he couldn’t possibly be a sexual predator.

Yet the more groff details he pumped out to the court, the more infuriating his desperate tissues of lies became.

Snaresbrook Crown Court heard how Mohmoudi—who already had a shocking string of five criminal convictions in Germany—targeted his innocent victim as she walked home from a festive Christmas party. Like a scene straight out of a horror movie, the predator stalked the lone woman for a grueling three miles from Whitechapel to Stratford.

The relentless creep followed her for over an hour, even boarding the exact same bus and crossing roads whenever she did to keep her in his sights. CCTV footage played to the court caught his chilling movements as he hunted her down.

Eventually, the monster trapped her in a dark, secluded alleyway and launched a terrifying assault. The horrific attack was hidden from cameras by a gate, but the jury was forced to listen to agonizing audio of the victim screaming for her life.

In the harrowing recording, she could be heard shrieking: “Wait! Wait! Wait! F*** you! Back off! F*** off! F***!”

Her nightmare lasted for 27 agonizing seconds before a heroic passing cyclist interrupted the ambush. The panicked beast bolted into the night, leaving his traumatized victim behind. She later told the court that the brave cyclist had text-book “saved” her from an even worse fate.

But it was during the trial that Mohmoudi’s defense turned from disturbing to downright ridiculous.

His defense lawyer, David Harounoff, brazenly argued that 27 seconds was far too short a time for Mohmoudi to attempt a rape because of a laundry list of supposed medical woes. The jury was told the fat predator suffered from low libido, depression, smoking-related issues, and obesity.

And in a final, pathetic throw of the dice, Mohmoudi claimed he had a “micropenis” which made sex impossible.

However, his cheeky “it’s too small” excuse was thoroughly blown out of the water. The court heard the ultimate humiliation for the attacker when expert consultant urologist Dr. George Fowlis took the stand. The doctor clinically crushed the pervert’s desperate defense, confirming to the jury that Mohmoudi’s penis was, in fact, completely “normal.”

To make matters even more bizarre, the jury was shown an email Mohmoudi had received from a sperm bank regarding an application he had made to become a donor—proving he clearly thought his tackle was up to standard when it suited him.

When questioned about his sordid behavior, Mohmoudi—speaking through an interpreter—claimed that just the day before the attack, he was chatting away on a twisted fetish website. In a laughable excuse, he claimed he was only using the kinky adult site because it was “helpful for my English language.”

Blasting the absurd claim, prosecutor Christiaan Moll hit back: “There are other ways to improve your English…”

The court heard that Mohmoudi is a serial border-hopper who left Iran in 2014 and illegally barged his way through Turkey, Greece, Germany, and France before crossing the English Channel. He had already served ten months in jail for piloting a migrant boat to the UK.

During his time in Germany, the menace racked up two convictions for assault and three for criminal damage. He had also previously been reported to British police for stalking another terrified woman as she walked her dog.

Staring down the unrepentant criminal, prosecutor Mr. Moll asked him directly: “You don’t have any respect for the law, do you, Mr. Mohmoudi?”

Thankfully, the jury saw right through his micro-lies. It took them very little time to convict the heavy predator of the horrific attack. He remains behind bars and will face the music when he is sentenced next month.
