Love Island favourites Molly Smith and Tom Clare enjoyed a dream destination wedding in Mallorca, but their celebrations took an unexpected twist when Spanish police arrived during a post-wedding gathering.

The couple, who became one of the most popular pairs from Love Island: All Stars, celebrated their marriage with a lavish ceremony surrounded by family, friends and several familiar faces from the reality TV world. The romantic event took place at the historic Son Marroig venue in Mallorca, following their earlier legal ceremony in the UK.

However, the relaxed atmosphere at the post-wedding celebrations was briefly interrupted after some guests decided to cool off in the nearby port. According to reports, Tom Clare’s close friend and best man Casey O’Gorman joined others in jumping into the water, unaware that swimming in that specific area was not permitted.

Local officers from Spain’s Guardia Civil later arrived to speak with members of the group. Rather than becoming a serious incident, the situation was reportedly handled calmly, with guests receiving a warning about safety rules in the port area.

Friend of the couple Seb Melrose later explained that the group had simply been celebrating and had not realised they were breaking local regulations. He said the officers were understanding and that the celebrations continued after the brief interruption.

Despite the unexpected visit from police, the wedding weekend remained filled with memorable moments. Guests continued celebrating the newlyweds, with several Love Island stars joining in the festivities and even marking the occasion with matching tattoos.
