Guy Ritchie said:

“The ambition of ‘The Gentlemen’ has accelerated, the world has expanded and the consequences carry weight.”

He added:

“A third season felt inevitable, and I’m looking forward to pushing the boundaries of it further.”

But Meghan’s name was nowhere in his statement.

Then People reported that she “remains in talks despite recent reports to the contrary, though no deal has been finalised.”

So the public has now heard nearly every possible version of the story.

She is interested.

The offer is gone.

The only thing that has not happened is an official casting announcement.
