ALEX STUPAK PULLS OFF A STUNNING COMEBACK IN THE BOBBY’S TRIPLE THREAT KITCHEN — DID HE TAKE HOME THE FULL $25,000? After two rounds, Alex Stupak appeared to be at a disadvantage with just 10 points, trailing the Titans by 5 points. But everything suddenly changed in Round 3. Alex not only found a way to close the gap, but also made an incredibly risky move that left both the Titans and viewers caught completely off guard. This was anything but a safe strategy. Alex was willing to gamble on a move that, if it failed, would have left him with almost no chance to recover. And that pivotal moment transformed Alex from the chef who seemed to be falling behind into the man who turned the entire Triple Threat kitchen upside down within minutes. From a 5-point deficit, the competition quickly became a nail-biting race that went down to the very final seconds. That secret weapon ultimately helped Alex Stupak pull off a stunning comeback and claim the $25,000 victory in spectacular fashion.

Just when it appeared that Alex Stupak had run out of chances, the challenger found the perfect opportunity to turn the entire competition upside down. With the final round worth double points, Stupak knew that one spectacular performance could erase the Titans’ advantage — and he decided to take an enormous gamble.

For the final round, Alex was given control over the ingredients. Instead of choosing something familiar or comfortable, he selected two ingredients that could easily become a chef’s nightmare: orange blossom water and Sicilian pistachios.

The choice immediately raised eyebrows.

ALEX’S RISKY WEAPON: ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER

Orange blossom water is notoriously difficult to balance, particularly in savory cooking. Its powerful floral aroma can quickly overwhelm an entire dish if used too aggressively.

But that was precisely why Alex wanted it.

He deliberately chose the ingredient to create an uncomfortable challenge for Ayesha Nurdjaja, hoping the unusual combination would expose a weakness and give him the opening he desperately needed.

There was also a surprisingly personal reason why Alex had saved Ayesha for the final round.

He jokingly revealed that Ayesha was the only Titan who didn’t follow him on Instagram.

The comment immediately broke some of the tension in the kitchen, with Ayesha laughing at Alex’s playful attempt at revenge.

But once the cooking began, the jokes disappeared.

The stakes were enormous.

Alex entered the final round trailing the Titans 10–15, meaning he needed a major score to complete the comeback. Because the round was worth twice as much, however, everything was still within reach.

And Alex decided to play his strongest card.

ALEX RETURNS TO HIS PASTRY ROOTS

Rather than attempting to force the difficult ingredients into another savory dish, Stupak returned to one of his greatest culinary strengths: pastry and desserts.

He created an elegant Orange Blossom Custard and Meringue With Sicilian Pistachio Coulis, allowing both of the required ingredients to play prominent roles.

It was a clever strategy.

Instead of treating orange blossom water as an obstacle, Alex turned its floral character into the centerpiece of the dessert. The pistachio coulis provided another layer of flavor and helped create a more cohesive dish.

Ayesha, meanwhile, took the competition in a completely different direction.

She presented a Moroccan Pastilla with Pistachio and Lamb, served with Orange Blossom Pickled Cauliflower.

The dish was ambitious, combining savory lamb and pistachio with the floral ingredient in an intricate Moroccan-inspired preparation.

For a moment, it appeared that the two chefs had delivered dishes strong enough to make the final decision extremely difficult.

Then Buddha Lo delivered his verdict.

19–13: THE COMEBACK IS COMPLETE

Buddha praised both chefs, but there was one crucial weakness in Ayesha’s dish.

The orange blossom simply wasn’t prominent enough.

Although Buddha still admired the overall execution, Ayesha ultimately received 13/20.

Alex, however, produced the kind of performance he needed at exactly the right moment.

Buddha awarded him an astonishing 19/20.

There was one criticism: the custard could have been cooked slightly longer. But overall, Buddha believed Alex had accomplished what he set out to do — allowing both orange blossom and Sicilian pistachios to genuinely shine.

And that was enough.

Alex’s 19-point performance erased the Titans’ advantage and completed one of the biggest turnarounds of the night.

🏆 ALEX STUPAK WINS!

After entering the final round five points behind, Alex Stupak pulled off the comeback and defeated Ayesha Nurdjaja, Brooke Williamson and Michael Voltaggio.

The victory earned him $25,000.

But the money wasn’t the only prize.

Alex also received something far more symbolic: a locker bearing his own name inside Bobby Flay’s secret kitchen.

For a challenger who had walked into the competition facing three elite Titans, the message was unmistakable.

Alex Stupak didn’t merely survive Bobby Flay’s kitchen.

He conquered all three Titans — and earned his place among them.
