Food Network is officially kicking off its Halloween season, and fans won’t have to wait long for two of the network’s biggest spooky competitions to return.
The Halloween lineup begins Sunday, September 13, when Halloween Wars premieres at 9/8c. The series will once again bring together teams of talented food artists and competitors for a battle of terrifyingly creative Halloween creations, with the pressure rising as they fight to survive each elimination.
But the spooky takeover doesn’t stop there.

Just one night later, Halloween Baking Championship returns on Monday, September 14, bringing another round of creepy baking challenges and high-stakes competition to Food Network’s Halloween schedule.
That means fans are getting two consecutive nights of Halloween-themed culinary chaos right from the start of the season.
For Food Network viewers, the timing couldn’t be better. Instead of waiting until Halloween itself, the network is turning the entire month into a celebration of eerie designs, monstrous desserts and outrageous culinary challenges.
With Halloween Wars launching the festivities on Sunday and Halloween Baking Championship following on Monday, Food Network is clearly going all-in on its annual Halloween programming.
And if the network’s previous seasons are any indication, viewers can expect the competition to become even more intense once the contestants realize that one mistake could send them home.
The countdown to Halloween has officially begun — and Food Network is making sure the season starts with a bang.
